- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Took out a policy for a trip to Barcelona for my wife and myself whilst we left the kids with the grandparents. Very easy to arrange. Staff on the phone were helpful (and love the northern accents!). NB - the previous reviewer who complained about flight delay and delayed baggage: because he should be compensated *by the airline* for those things NO travel policy covers them; travel insurance is for medical cover and cancellation and for stolen possessions.by J LeeMarch 01, 2017
