- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The practice is like many others, busy! Despite this it continues to provide a great service. We've used the practice for over 18 years and have nothing but positive comments to make. They've stopped posting details of the number of surgery hours lost to missed appointment but I'm sure this is still poor and the practice cannot be blamed for patients failure to attend. Waiting times for appointments are, in my experience, better than other practices locally, I base this on conversations with my work colleagues in the area. If you are willing to see any GP that will cut your wait times down. However, if the need is urgent an on call doctor is available and can often help on the day. im genuinely saddened to see the negative reviews here. However, I trust the practice to put improvements in place to help resolve these issues providing they have been formerly raised to their attention.by Anthony OgdenJune 08, 2017
